Valentine’s Booking Policies & Important Information
To ensure a seamless and beautifully executed experience, please review the following policies before booking.
Booking & Payment
A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time for the Room Reveal and Grand Gesture packages.
The remaining balance for Room Reveal and Grand Gesture is due one week prior to your scheduled decoration date.
All deposits are non‑refundable. However, should you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit may be applied toward a future date at no additional cost, pending availability and sufficient advance notice.
Design & Mockups
All visuals, inspiration images, and mockups are provided for design reference only. Final installations may vary slightly based on availability, space, layout, and floral or décor substitutions. While exact replication cannot be guaranteed, we commit to delivering an experience that aligns with the style, tone, and quality presented.
Booking Window & Availability
Valentine’s bookings will open January 15th and are first‑come, first‑served.
Classic Romance, The Room Reveal, and The Grand Gesture packages must be booked by February 7th.
À la carte and smaller orders may be booked through February 13th, subject to availability.
Due to the limited nature of Valentine’s installations, availability is not guaranteed once capacity is reached.
Setup & Breakdown
Installation typically requires 2–3 hours.
For The Grand Gesture package only, breakdown will occur the following day at a scheduled time.
Clients are asked to ensure access to the space during the agreed installation window.
Final Notes
By submitting a booking request and placing a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Our goal is to create an experience that feels thoughtful, elevated, and effortless and clear policies allow us to do just that.
